Visit With Santa 2009-Part 2

Since Jarrett wouldn't get his picture taken with Santa I decided to try to get his picture by the tree. This is about as good as it gets.

As if that wasn't challenging enough, I tried to get them to both stand in front of the tree. This was the first picture I took.

They kept running away so Sara tried to help me.

This was the last picture I took. Never mind.

Visit With Santa 2009-Part 1

We went to Cheri's Bakery again this year to see Santa. We also enjoyed some yummy treats! Jarrett was more interested in the cookies than Santa.

This is the closest Jackson got to Santa. We couldn't even get Jarrett to do this.

Chris wasn't afraid of Santa.

He and Chris discussed what he wanted for Christmas. He requested some sort of electronics.

Then he showed Santa how to dance.

You Know Somethings Wrong When There Is Silence

Once upon a time, Chris brought home a cake. He put it on the kitchen table and went about his business. Then the cake was found by his brothers.

They enjoyed the cake . . .

and were carefree until Mommy made them stop.

Visit With Santa

This morning we went to Cheri's Bakery and saw Santa. Jarrett didn't want to see Santa, he just wanted to eat the cookies and pretzels. He didn't even want me to take his picture.He did eventually take his hands off his face. Jackson wasn't too sure about him either but we were able to get him to sit long enough to take his picture.

When we first set him down he looked at Santa as if to say, "Who the heck are you?" Chris didn't want to sit on Santa's lap. Chicken.

Happy Birthday Chris, Part II

We had a few people over Wednesday night to celebrate Chris's birthday. Kevin, Jarrett, Matt, Jackson and Grandpa.
Matt, Grandpa, Sara and Grandma. Chris was excited about his birthday cookie.

It was designed by his friend Sara.
